Job Title: Talent & HR Sales Expert - Sales Effectiveness Associate Director Location: Madrid, Spain – hybrid work model (some days remote, some in office). Candidate must reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit. Our managed services for Talent & HR provide access to talent and expertise, improved ways of working, and better business outcomes across the following functions: Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Talent Development/Learning Employee & HR Services, including Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Payroll We are seeking a Sales Practitioner specialized in Talent & HR to support sales origination and increase successful deal closure within Global Operations Sales. Work you will do Act as a domain specialist in one of the Talent & HR functional areas. Provide Talent & HR expertise and support to sales teams during client interactions, presentations, and proposal development. Create a trusted relationship with the client and understand and capture the client situation and challenges. Animate client workshops on value identification and solutioning. Build a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire. Develop a winning value proposition maximizing the benefits of the managed services engagement model and continuously elevate our managed services value proposition for Talent & HR. Influence strategic direction for the types of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each. Are you the trusted CHRO advisor we’re looking for? Must be a domain expert in one of the T&HR functional areas: Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Talent Development/Learning, Employee & HR Services, Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Payroll. Have delivered at least two large‑scale, end‑to‑end Talent & HR Transformation projects for global clients. Be a well‑established CHRO advisor, shaping the HR of the future. Be well‑versed with Industry Digital Talent & HR technologies and leading tools, automation, AI, and Analytics, with a proven track record of implementing Digital Talent & HR solutions. Excel in developing strong client relationships, driving dialogue at GPO and CHRO/VP levels, and originating, shaping, and delivering value‑led talent & HR projects. Collaborate with the T&HR offering development team to bring a differentiated offering to clients. Be a solid team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, project‑oriented environment. Have excellent leadership and communication skills, with extensive experience managing high‑performance teams and delivering large‑scale Transformation projects. Be action‑oriented, self‑driven, analytical, structured, quality‑focused, and adaptable. Be flexible and capable of some travel. Have experience with solution shaping, process diagnostics, blueprinting, and be savvy with PowerPoint and Excel.
