In this role you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders within a global matrix organization to drive strategic hiring initiatives and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.How You’ll Make an ImpactLead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing and partnership with sourcing teams.Advocate for internal mobility and support talent advancement initiatives.Coordinate with HR Operations for job postings, scheduling, and offer processing.Recommend recruitment strategies and drive continuous process improvements.Deliver a personalized, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Your BackgroundMinimum of X years in corporate recruiting, preferably within a global matrix organization.Proven international hiring experience across Benelux and other European markets.Expertise in active sourcing, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.Experience using Workday.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in Dutch, English, and German; additional languages such as French are a strong advantage.Background in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.Agile mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.More About UsHitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, powering a sustainable energy future through innovative digital power grid technologies.
