You will be responsible for the overall Tax matters in line with the Group, reporting to the Finance Manager in Spain. As a member of the Finance department at Plenitude Renewables you will be responsible for: You will coordinate and improve the tax compliance system (. direct and indirect taxes, local taxes in coordination with the local Finance Manager; You will advise on day-to-day questions on local tax matters involved in the investments carried out by the Group in the Spanish area; You will monitor local tax legislation and advise on general tax matters in line with the Group tax policy and procedures. You will create a link with the business structure in order to detect potential tax impacts to be analyzed You will support the HQ in specific projects (. reorganizational or optimization projects) and Group reporting procedures on international tax matters (. CFC, hybrids,
