About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional with a strong technical background and experience in high voltage transmission lines and substations. You will play a key role in supporting the Technical Office in the design and detailed engineering of grid connection infrastructure for large-scale solar and wind power plants. You will contribute to the successful execution of energy evacuation and grid integration projects that are driving the renewable energy transition in Spain.
Your ResponsibilitiesReview of administrative project documentation for obtaining grid access permits (technical and administrative requirements, reports, drawings, specifications, budgets, etc.).Site visits and technical evaluation of potential locations.Analysis and proposal of design and configuration for electrical lines and substations.Evaluation of shared grid connection infrastructure.Procurement of preliminary studies and engineering services from external firms.Analysis of technical documentation from suppliers and contractors.Manufacturing follow-up visits and attendance at FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).Supervision and approval of technical purchase specifications received.Preparation of bidding engineering for grid connection infrastructure.Preparation of documentation for BOS and/or EPC construction tenders.Review and technical comparison (tabulation) of offers from suppliers and contractors.Development of Quality Procedures: construction, testing, commissioning, and as-built documentation.Site visits for technical assistance and construction inspection.
RequirementsDegree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 3 years working with central solar inverters; experience in substation and/or high voltage line maintenance is a plus.Proficient in MS Office toolsAdvanced user of AutoCADEnglish: C1 level
