Business Development Representative (BDR)
identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads
in Dutch-speaking markets. This is a front-line sales role where your outreach and insight help shape business opportunities and support revenue growth. Your mission: hand off qualified opportunities to account executives.
Identify target accounts and key contacts using tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and internal data sources.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Engage prospects through personalized email, phone calls, and social platforms to spark interest and begin sales conversations.
Qualify Leads: Assess leads to determine business relevance and readiness for next-stage sales engagement.
CRM Management: Log all interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain high-quality data in Salesforce.
Language Skills: Fluent Dutch and business-level English .
Comfortable with technology and digital sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing sales training: break into tech sales or join an organization that will help you level up your skills
