Envíe su solicitud haciendo clic en el botón "Solicitar".As a Technical Program Manager at Axelera AI, you will manage milestones and deliverables for European consortium‑funded R&D programmes, coordinate external consortium representation, and align internal development activities with funded programme requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage milestones, deliverables, and reporting for multiple European consortium‑funded programmes.Coordinate Hardware and Software Program Managers to integrate funded programme deliverables into internal work packages and roadmaps.Work with engineering leaders across architecture, silicon, software, and integrated systems to address program‑specific tasks.Represent Axelera to consortium partners, project coordinators, and external stakeholders.Deliver written and verbal progress updates, including periodic reports, deliverable documentation, and technical summaries.Attend consortium meetings, steering committees, and partner discussions across Europe.Track and report programme status, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed.Coordinate engagement with external suppliers and partners involved in funded programmes.Maintain programme documentation, governance frameworks, and communication channels.Gather technical inputs and status updates without duplicating existing Program Manager activities.Qualifications3-5 years of technical or project/program management experience in a technology‑focused organisation, preferably semiconductor, automotive, or AI.Familiarity with automotive development processes, supply chains, and industry standards.Experience managing European research or development programmes (e.g., Horizon Europe, ECSEL).Strong technical literacy in AI accelerators, system‑on‑chip, functional safety, and software development lifecycles.Professional stakeholder management and relationship building.Coordination skills across matrixed organisations and influence‑based management.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.Meticulous attention to milestone tracking, reporting, and deliverable quality.Willingness to travel regularly within Europe for consortium meetings.Location & Remote WorkFlexible working arrangement: work from one of our offices (Leuven, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Zurich, Florence, Milan, Bristol) or remotely from any European country.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary, pension plan, extensive employee insurance, and company share options. xcskxlj Equal Opportunity StatementAt Axelera AI, we wholeheartedly embrace equal opportunity and hold diversity in the highest regard.
