Job Responsibilities: 1.Paid Acquisition & Ad Optimization: Design, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns on high-intent channels (Google Search) and visual story-driven platforms (Meta, Instagram, YouTube) to drive traffic to your vehicle launch pages. 2.WordPress Lead Funnel Mastership: Build, edit, and A/B test high-converting landing pages inside your existing WordPress site using visual page builders. They will handle basic web upkeep, publish SEO-driven content, and configure search optimization metadata without requiring an expensive backend coder. 3.MarTech & CRM Administration: Use low-code tools to connect website contact forms directly to your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. They own lead tracking, ensure clean customer data, and automate instant lead-routing notifications so your sales staff can follow up with buyers immediately. 4.Analytics Tracking: Set up Google Tag Manager and tracking pixels to measure exact campaign performance, ensuring you are spending your budget on ads that generate real test drives, not just empty website visits. 5.Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search (Google Ads) and paid social channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok). 6.Manage and continuously improve the website's technical SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) on lead capture pages. 7.Connect ad platforms and the website to a central CRM to automate lead scoring, tracking, and seamless handoff to the sales team. Basic Requirements: 1. Bachelor‘s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2. Have hands-on experience in digital advertising, including Google Search Ads and paid social on Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Technical & Functional Skills: 3. Proficient in WordPress with visual page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, WPBakery). 4. Able to implement Google Tag Manager and ad tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) to track conversion events such as form submissions or test drive bookings. 5. Solid understanding of technical SEO and CRO fundamentals, with experience testing and optimizing lead capture pages. 6. The ability to communicate in English in daily work (email, meetings, documentation) is a plus. 7. Experience in automotive, mobility, or high-consideration consumer goods is a plus.
