Job Description:Job Title: Technical Product OwnerLocation: Sant Cugat, Barcelona, SpainJob Details:Years in Product Ownership, Requirements Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Product Operations Role SummaryResponsible for shaping incoming business and program demands into clear, well defined, delivery ready work. This role ensures requirements are properly scoped, structured, and understood before they enter engineering execution.This role does not own product vision or roadmap decisions and does not perform solution design.Technical Skills:Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & AnalysisExpertise in Jira, Agile Backlog Management, and Epic/Feature WritingUnderstanding of Integration-heavy Enterprise SystemsExperience working with Cross-functional Teams including Business, Architecture, and EngineeringStrong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologiesAbility to define Acceptance Criteria, Scope, Assumptions, and DependenciesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsRoles & Responsibilities:Own intake and shaping of requirements from business and program stakeholdersTranslate high-level business asks into well-defined Jira epics and featuresDefine scope, assumptions, acceptance criteria, and non-goals clearlyEnsure requirements are delivery-ready before entering engineering executionCollaborate with architects and engineering teams to validate feasibilityMaintain alignment between business intent and platform backlogIdentify ambiguities early and drive requirement clarity across stakeholdersSupport large-scale programs involving multiple business and technology teamsEnsure backlog items are structured, prioritized, and actionable for engineering teamsGood to have / Must to have skills:Must HaveStrong background in Requirements Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Product OperationsHands-on experience writing Jira epics, features, and acceptance criteriaExperience working with large enterprise programs and multiple stakeholdersStrong analytical thinking and ambiguity resolution skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesGood to HaveExposure to enterprise integration platforms and digital transformation programsExperience working in Agile product delivery environmentsFamiliarity with SDLC, APIs, and platform modernization initiativesExposure to SAFe or scaled Agile frameworksQualification & Certification (If any):Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMBA or Product Management certification is an added advantageAgile / Scrum certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or Scrum Product Owner preferredAbout Net2Source UKNet2Source is a global workforce solutions provider with a footprint in 32+ countries and over 4,500 employees worldwide.
