SLNG is building global, compliance‑first voice AI infrastructure. We operate across STT, TTS, LLMs and real‑time voice systems, running workloads on globally distributed compute. We are early stage, technical by default, and moving quickly. This is not a volume recruiting role. You will draft roles from rough input, source candidates through technical communities, and run a clean, high‑signal hiring process. You will not be responsible for closing senior candidates solo.
