This position requires a strategic and technical approach to sales, leveraging your network, regional expertise, and industry knowledge to identify and secure business opportunities, while driving the company's growth in this strategically important region.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and system integratorsIdentify, evaluate, and convert business opportunities in European and international marketsServe as a technical advisor, translating complex engineering solutions to client requirementsLead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiationCollaborate closely with internal engineering and project teamsRepresent the company at industry events, technical conferences, and client meetingsCandidate ProfileEssential Qualifications:Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, or related disciplinesProven experience in technical sales within the marine or shipbuilding industryEstablished professional network among shipowners, shipyards, or integratorsAbility to understand and communicate complex engineering solutions effectivelyProficient in EnglishDesirable:Exposure to innovative or sustainable technologies in maritimeInternational sales experience and cross-cultural collaborationProfessional Attributes:Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumenSelf-motivated, autonomous, and results-orientedCredible and influential when engaging with senior technical stakeholdersLocation & TravelRemote role (based in Spain)Frequent international travel requiredPeriodic visits to headquarters and production facilities.
