pJob Description /pp1. Responsible for the on-site installation of the 3S products: Lifts, Climb Auto System, Climb assist. /pp2. Provide customers with training on the installation, use and annual inspection of the company's products. /pp3. Attend customer sites to deal with faults as instructed by the company. /pp4. Refining and writing product guidelines /pp5. Refining and writing troubleshooting manuals. /pp6. Preparation of Product maintenance reports /pp7. Counting product failures and assisting the Quality Department in analyzing root causes /pp8. Development of improvement measures to address common product issues /pp9. Support sales with technical clarification. /pp10.
