We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, engineering mastery, and a B2+/C1 English level for effective stakeholder interactions.In this role you will manage two test instances of the Integration Layer (one with anonymized data for testing and one for E2E UAT). In case of a failure, you will define measures and implement mitigation actions to avoid future failures, ensuring proper E2E testing activities for various consuming applications. You will work in an agile team with colleagues from Switzerland and Spain. This is a hybrid role based in Madrid city centre.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain two test instances of the Integration Layer, ensuring seamless operations for end-to-end testing activitiesInvestigate failures in test instances, define measures, and implement mitigation actions to prevent recurrenceSupport anonymized data workflows and end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environmentsProvide troubleshooting assistance for integration layer environments and resolve complex issues independentlyMonitor system functionality and ensure alignment with banking regulations and operational standardsCoordinate with consuming applications to maintain efficiency during testing phasesImprove processes and automation tools to streamline test environment performanceWork closely with stakeholders to communicate updates, risks, and solutions effectivelyParticipate in regular knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise and innovation strategiesRequirements5+ years of relevant experienceProficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQLBasic understanding of UNIX and experience with Datawarehouse systemsKnowledge of job scheduling tools such as Automic Workload Automation (AWA)Background in banking systems is an advantage, with competency in agile methodologies and financial services systemsAnalytical skills to independently solve complex technical problemsFlexibility to learn on the job and adapt to dynamic challenges in IT environmentsCapability to work within a collaborative team of specialists and contribute innovative solutionsShowcase of commitment and passion for delivering high-quality solutions with optimal effortFluency in English, with a minimum B2+/C1 level for effective communicationNice to haveKnowledge of IDMCBasic familiarity with banking principles and sector-specific workflowsWe offerPrivate health insuranceEPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan100% paid sick leaveReferral ProgramProfessional certificationLanguage coursesEPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700+ employees in 55+ countries.
