About Horse Technologies Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites. Why join us? What you will do Represent Testing in new project meetings to gather requirements and ensure system constraints are considered. Analyze new projects to translate product validation needs into testing requirements. Identify regulatory frameworks and define corresponding testing methods. Specify new measurement equipment, interface parts, and adaptation components for test cells. Develop validation plans and workload projections for new projects. Organize internal meetings for project handover to industrialization teams. Report project status and testing readiness to management. What we're looking forA proven track record in testing validation method development and powertrain calibration. Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree; Master's or PhD in combustion engines preferred. Excellent skills in project management and technical analysis for testing systems. Strong competencies in decision-making and team leadership, with a collaborative approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
