You will enable translational science strategies in clinical trials by coordinating biomarker operations across functions. You’ll ensure compliant sample handling, data delivery, and collaboration with CROs and CDx partners. The role sits at the interface of translational science, clinical operations, and data management to drive actionable biomarker insights. You’ll work in a global, cross-functional environment to optimize processes and share learnings across programs. This role offers impact in accelerating therapy development within a customer-focused, collaborative culture.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Collaborate with Translational Science, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics/Bioinformatics and Data Management to execute translational science strategies in trials• Provide operational input for study documents and processes ensuring biomarker samples are collected, delivered, and analyzed per GCP/ICH• Serve as single point of contact for biomarker operations across functions and with collaborators/CROs• Provide biomarker operations guidance to study teams and drive process improvements• Coordinate data management actions for biomarker-related data formats, transfers, and specifications, supporting timely data delivery and regulatory submissions if needed• Manage lab vendors including contracting, data QC, delivery timelines and reporting• Oversee biomarker sample logistics and operations, site feasibility, training, and sample management plans• Provide real-time sample oversight and reconciliation to support selection of samples for analysis• Support data analysis activities including processing data files, data curation, integration, and generating tables/figures/listingsResponsabilidades• Bachelor's degree with significant industry experience• Strong background in clinical drug development and precision xcskxlj medicine• Hands-on clinical laboratory experience with sample processing/analysis• Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills• Experience managing global vendors and external partners• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities independently• Proven leadership in cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Openness to feedback and continuous learning• Customer-centric solutions and accountabilityRequisitos principales•
