JOB DESCRIPTION Travel ConsultantDesplácese hacia abajo para ver todos los requisitos del puesto y las responsabilidades que pueden esperar los candidatos seleccionados.- UNBOX SPAIN & PORTUGAL ABOUT THE COMPANY Unbox Spain & Portugal is a boutique luxury travel DMC that specializes in experiential and cultural trips throughout Spain and Portugal for the discerning high-end traveler.We cater almost exclusively to the US market.We pride ourselves on offering access to some of the most interesting places and faces in the country, working with the very top hotels, the best guides and other unique expert collaborators.Boasting a well-established reputation for excellence in the travel industry, as we grow our team we are looking for an experienced, talented, enthusiastic, and proactive Travel Consultant to join our team in Madrid and assist with our Spain and Portugal operation.Candidates must be able to work legally in Spain and must be based in Madrid.We have a hybrid scheme where you will be working from an office and remotely from home.As Travel Consultant you will: Create unique bespoke itineraries.Provide prompt and timely communication with clients.Manage the design of routes and trips.Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners.What you need: Passionate about travel: whether you have previous work experience or you are a seasoned traveler, you have to really be in love with it.Customer-oriented: you enjoy interacting with customers, listening to their needs and doing your best to satisfy them while establishing credibility and trust.Business oriented: delivering an unparalleled service thanks to the systematic business approach the company brings to the travel industry.A willingness to work hard, support the team and be an example to others around you.You have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, as you will liaise with partners and high-end clients alike.Good knowledge of Office package.Hawkish attention to detail.An energetic and proactive attitude – you love to find and present solutions.Strong team player that also thrives with autonomy.Professional track record in hospitality, events, travel or similar.Love for excellent service and exceeding expectations.Nothing gives you more satisfaction than to "wow" someone with the highest standards. xcskxlj Desire to build a career in travel- a career progression plan will be offered to the right candidates.
