Role Overview As a UX Researcher at Lodgify, you’ll play a key role in bringing thevoice of the customerinto our products. Partnering with our senior researcher, you’ll design and execute studies that uncover insights, validate solutions, and guide teams toward customer-centric decisions. This is a hands-on role where your curiosity, empathy, and rigor will shape how our teams understand customer needs. You’ll be part of adesign-driven culture, using Design Thinking to influence outcomes and ensure our products are as valuable as they are delightful. How will you make an impact?Plan and execute researchacross various methods, including interviews, usability tests, and surveys, to deliver timely and actionable insights. Synthesize findingsinto clear recommendations that directly inform product and design decisions. Enable rapid discovery and validation, ensuring teams can test and learn quickly. Advocate for the customerby representing their perspective in design and delivery conversations. Communicate insights in digestible ways —from reports to workshops—that inspire action. Maintain empathy for usersthroughout the product lifecycle, ensuring decisions stay grounded in real needs. Collaborate across disciplines, partnering with Designers, PMs, Engineers, and Data teams to triangulate insights and embed them into solutions. Contribute to research operations, includingparticipant recruitment, documentation, and upkeep of the insight repository. Help scale research practices, streamlining processes so they are repeatable and accessible across teams. What makes you a great fit?3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher in a tech or SaaS environment. Experienced inqualitative and quantitative methods, and confident in guiding others to use them effectively. Strong ability toframe research objectivesthat align with business priorities. Excellent communicator—skilled at turning findings into engaging reports, presentations, and workshops. Comfortable withcustomer recruiting and study logistics. Collaborative and adaptable—you thrive in a consulting role, moving between teams and projects. A portfolio, case studies, or examples of past work that demonstrate bothexecuted research and the enablement of others.
