Experteer OverviewAs a Vendor Success Associate on the Welcome Team, you guide new vendors through onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth start and ongoing engagement. You serve as the first contact for retention, issue resolution, and value demonstration, shaping a positive vendor experience. You collaborate with sales and account teams to deliver a seamless journey and drive vendor performance. This role blends customer service, relationship building, and problem solving in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios Guide new vendors through platform setup and training Serve as first point of contact to retain vendors and address cancellation signals Handle complaints empathetically and resolve issues promptly Coach vendors to optimize storefronts and generate more inquiries Maintain consistent communication via phone and email with vendors Collaborate with new business sales and account managers across touchpoints Create daily call plans, maintain records, and manage a pipeline of new accounts Monitor storefront engagement and account activity to support underperforming vendors Responsabilidades Português nativo e inglês nível B2 Base em Barcelona Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em atendimento ao cliente, preferable B2B Confiança para realizar chamadas outbound com empatia Boa presença telefônica e comunicação verbal e escrita eficaz Excelentes habilidades organizacionais, atenção aos detalhes e resolução de problemas Autodisciplina, empatia, persistência, flexibilidade e forte ética de trabalho Disposição para trabalhar em ambientes multiculturais, estruturados e dinâmicos Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe para alcançar resultados coletivos Perfil IT com experiência em ferramentas CRM e sistemas internos (desejável) Requisitos principales flexible vacation parental leave mental wellbeing initiatives health/physical well-being benefits discounts and perks hybrid work model
