Mu Motion is a content and social media agency helping brands show up online in a way that actually works. We're growing fast and looking for a talented video editor to join us full-time, someone who can take ownership of video production and content delivery across a range of client accounts, while we stay focused on strategy and client relationships.Antes de solicitar este puesto, por favor, lea la siguiente información sobre esta oportunidad que encontrará a continuación.This is a remote role but you must be based in Valencia, Spain for at least six months of the year.About the roleYou’ll be working behind the scenes across multiple client projects, editing videos, producing short‑form content, and contributing to content strategies that actually move the needle. Our clients span different industries, so you’ll need to be adaptable, organised, and comfortable switching between projects and brand voices. You won’t be client‑facing, but your work will be — so quality matters.What you’ll be doingEditing and producing short‑form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, this is the core of the role.Managing and scheduling content across social media platforms for multiple clients simultaneouslyContributing to content strategy, understanding what performs well and why, and feeding that back into production decisionsAdapting your style across different brands, audiences, and niches without losing qualityManaging your own workload across multiple concurrent projects, hitting deadlines consistentlyStaying on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formatsWhat we’re looking forStrong video editing skills — this is non‑negotiable. You should be genuinely excellent, not just competent.
