It’s a once-in-a-career opportunity to be part of this revolution and be part of defining the market for years to come.Responsibilities :You will define and lead the business development strategy across all of GSP InternationalYou will be integral to the success of our overall enterprise strategy through service provider relationshipsYour primary role will be to establish, develop and grow RingCentral’s strategic partner relationship with major Service Providers across the international arenaProvide high-level input on contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnerships modelsDevelop and execute end-to-end partner business plansEstablish and execute a formalized relationship mapping strategyCollaborate effectively and drive the agenda with multiple internal organizations, including Sales, R&D, Marketing, Professional Services, and the partner support ecosystem to achieve partner objectivesDevelop executive relationships with Service Providers and sponsor executive relationships between RingCentralCoordinate quarterly and / or annual business reviews to ensure successful joint executionReport on key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and market intelligence to the executive teamCollaborate with Service Providers to co-create innovative propositions and solutionsYour success will be measured based on your ability to achieve sales targets while driving world class customer and partner successAttend key events and conferences, positioning the company as a thought leaderDesired Qualifications :12-15 years experience with both channel sales, channel management and direct selling in Enterprise and leading a geographic Region in Europe, Africa, Middle East or AsiaDemonstrated track record in growing and managing strategic partnershipsExecutive presence to lead and manageStrong executive selling and business development skills, with a proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organisational models5-7 years of SaaS based sales experienceProven ability to develop a plan and achieve results in a complex cross-functional environmentDemonstrated analytical, organisational and project management skillsDemonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through global strategic partnersAbility to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex matrixed organisationAbility to develop and drive execution of joint solutionsAbility to travel up to 60% of the timeWhat we offer :Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurancePension SchemePaid time off and paid sick leaveMaternity and paternity leaveWellness programs including 1 : 1 coaching and meditation guidance with TaskHuman and HeadSpaceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling sessions available 24 / 7Free legal services that provide legal advice, document creation and estate planningEmployee bonus referral programAbout RingCentralRingCentral, Inc.
