ADP is hiring a Vice President of Sales Iberia to lead the sales organization across Spain and adjacent markets.As Vice President of Sales Iberia, you will provide overall direction and leadership to senior leaders and sales associates to achieve sales goals, ensuring excellence, professionalism, and integrity. You will work with your teams to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota, drive breadth of participation, prepare business plans, and manage sales expense budgets.Grow Your People. You will coach, counsel, and direct reports; implement career development plans, nurture succession planning, address performance gaps, and manage staffing levels and employee relations.Collaborate. You will work closely with other functional areas to implement sales strategies.Report and Improve.
