Unilabs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workplace Service Analyst to join our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. As a Workplace Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our diagnostic facilities. Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage and maintain workplace systems, including computers, printers, and telecommunication devices
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
Monitor and respond to service tickets in a timely manner, ensuring quality resolution
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of workplace security policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workplace technology needs
Conduct regular assessments of workplace technology requirements and recommend improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
Availability to provide on-call support, if required
