RESPONSIBILITIES: The jobholder is responsible for Delivering on Time, Cost & Quality expected customer products through the supply of the parts and materials (LRUs/HTIs, consumables...) for the production activities in the plant for the A400M MRO Program: Ensuring the availability of the work orders, parts and materials, form and quantity to fulfil the production plan. Monitoring and following the progress of the production plan. Defining and implementing the optimized logistics flows for the supply of components to the line. Managing the organization, consolidation of heterogeneous service activities in the plant. Ensuring the continuously development and implementation of improvement strategy. Focus on elimination of waste as reduction of costs of non-quality in service activities. Ensuring close collaboration/alignment with the overall TAOMA team located in Getafe, Sevilla, Manching and Wunstorf. PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing & optimizing the activities under the scope of Production Control. Translating the Airbus strategy into a clear set of activities. Identifying risks and opportunities ensuring operative plan and delivery of the aircraft. Escalating blocking points and offering alternative solutions. Promoting collaboration with transverse teams and functions: Operations, Programs, Procurement, Customer Services and others. SKILLS: Educated to degree level in Engineering. Experience in Production/MRO environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi‑functional team‑working, flexibility, proactive behaviour. Organised and structured. Advanced level in English and Spanish.
