Key Account Director We’re partnering with a high-growth hospitality SaaS business that’s continuing to scale across international markets and invest heavily into its enterprise customer function across Europe. As part of this growth, they’ve created a new strategic Key Account team and are now looking to hire an experienced Key Account Director to manage some of their biggest global enterprise customers (typically just 2–3 accounts). The Opportunity This is a highly commercial role focused on growing strategic enterprise relationships, leading complex commercial discussions, and driving long-term account expansion across international markets. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and expanding a portfolio of major enterprise hospitality accounts
- Leading high-value renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Building relationships with C-suite stakeholders across global organisations
- Driving strategic account plans and long-term commercial partnerships
- Navigating complex multi-country enterprise environments
- Collaborating internally with leadership, product, and customer teams to support customer growth
- Supporting the development of a newly created strategic accounts function What We’re Looking For
- Strong enterprise SaaS account management or strategic commercial experience
- Background within hospitality, FSR, or QSR technology
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with €1M+ ARR responsibility
- Proven success growing large global customer relationships
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers Languages are essential:
- Fluent English
- Fluent French
