What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closeDeliver against a clear revenue quota and build a strong pipelineResearch and engage target accounts across email, calls, social, and in-person channelsPartner closely with SDR support to qualify and convert inbound opportunitiesSell consultatively by understanding customer pain points and tailoring solutionsManage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking using CRM toolsContribute to developing scalable outbound sales processesHelp expand the company’s footprint across Arabic-speaking hospitality markets What We’re Looking For3+ years experience in full-cycle SaaS sales2+ years of closing xcskxlj experience in an Account Executive roleNative Arabic speaker + strong English communication skillsPrior experience selling into the hospitality tech industry (required)Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProactive, self-driven mindset with curiosity and coachabilityComfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zonesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + commission structureBonus and/or equity opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageRemote work flexibilityProfessional development support
