We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who’s a relationship-focused expert to identify prospective enterprise customers. Owning the full sales cycle (prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and manage) for high-value enterprise accounts. Using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, collaborating with Product Owners and Product Sales Specialists to provide holistic solutions. Activating new customers as well as nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships. Managing and building a strategic enterprise sales pipeline. Being part of the expansion of the Enterprise Sales team. Fluency in English and Spanish. ~ 5+ years of experience in sales, selling full cycle to enterprise/Tier 1 companies. ~ A proven track record selling financial/banking products or software to large enterprise accounts, being familiar with slow sales cycles and large deal sizes. ~ An expert relationship‑building skills to interact with multiple high-level decision makers of an organisation, ideally C‑suite (CFOs, Heads of Treasury and Finance, etc.). ~ To excel in articulating feature capabilities to meet the specific needs of large customers. ~ The ability to shift from strategic planning to supporting customers with initial account set up and through the first weeks of getting started. ~ The ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events if local policies and guidelines permit. Role Overview We’re looking for an Account Executive to provide an excellent experience for our new business customers. Developing and executing a robust lead‑sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospects base, and maintaining consistent activity levels. Responsibilities Building and managing your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximising adoption and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. Liaising customer relationships with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience, from getting started to daily usage. Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers, backed by relevant, compelling case studies. Qualifications Fluency in English and French or German. ~1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting. A keen interest in launching a career in a high‑performing sales culture. A willingness to help outside of your main job to make sure customers have a great experience. Curiosity and an attitude of a quick data‑oriented learner who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Effective time management and organisation skills to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM administration. A degree in finance or a business‑related subject. Role Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Account Executive with experience closing SaaS contracts. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle; from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiation, and signed agreements; while representing FirstIgnite at industry conferences and events. Responsibilities Book qualified appointments and manage a steady pipeline of prospects. Identify, qualify, and convert high‑value opportunities. Conduct technical product demos tailored to customer needs. Negotiate pricing and contract terms. Secure signatures and close SaaS agreements. Travel to conferences and events as a FirstIgnite representative. Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships. Provide timely, actionable feedback to the Product team to refine platform features. Report directly to the Head of Partnerships. Requirements Fluent in French Language. Proven experience closing SaaS contracts and managing the full sales cycle. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Highly effective working in a remote environment; self‑motivated with excellent time management. Ability to understand technical products and translate value clearly to prospects. Strong organisation, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency. Comfort with outbound outreach, lead qualification, and demo delivery. Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events. Results‑oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Disclaimer This is a full‑time contractor position, not a direct employment role. The position is remote‑first and offers unlimited time off. Compensation structure includes a competitive salary range and 10% commission on sales, with payments issued twice monthly.
