The Role
As an Account Executive at INFINIT, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven professional with a proven B2B sales track record, a hunter mentality, and the ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
What do we want to achieve together?
Manage the entire sales funnel from generating business opportunities to account management and customer success.
Work with customers and suggest appropriate products/services to build long‑term relationships.
Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video‑mails, social selling, events) to attract potential leads.
Collaborate closely with the operations department to support the sales process.
Drive innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
2‑3 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate with confidence.
Proactive and take on significant responsibility to make things happen.
Self‑motivated and adaptable, thriving in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
Analytical with great attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
