Here we bring together talented and creative people working towards the same goal - innovating for a smarter, safer world!WHAT WILL YOU DO AS ACCOUNT MANAGER?As an Account Manager your responsibility will be to promote and to sell Axis solutions and products. You will do this by building a strong partner landscape in variety of Business Segments, where your focus will be to identify, recruit and manage these partners. The position requires you to spend time in the field to educate both current and potential partners, through for example partner meetings, site surveys, seminars, trainings, webinars and events. The Account Manager will work closely with the rest ofour salesteam,to create the best possible sales process.Regional and occasional international travels will be required.YOUR main activities will include:Identify and manage strategic partnersDevelop a business plan for the responsible areaCooperates with both marketing team and the rest of the sales team to develop businessActively participate in trade shows, seminars, academies, webinars and other promotional sales activitiesTakes responsibility for supporting with trainings and partner eventCoach and train customers on new tools and/or new solutions launched to approach the marketSet annual targets with your manager and continuously follow up KPIsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a driven and self-motivated team player with high ambitions and an ability to take initiatives. You have a strong technical background and have experience working with indirect sales, preferably in a technical sales position from the IT or security industry. You are pro-active in your work and have ability to manage time and prioritize.Apart from this, we would like you to see if you have/are:Degree in Business Administration/Engineering5+ years in the role of salesGood understanding of 2 tier sales modelStrong account management and team-building skillsProven ability to build strategic and trusted relationshipsStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsExperience in the IT industryKnowledge of the physical or cyber security market will be an advantageFluency in SpanishGood understanding in EnglishWHAT CAN AXIS OFFER?At Axis, you will be working within an international organisation surrounded by enthusiastic people in an open-minded and innovative culture.
