Job description
Accounting & Financial Control
Register and organise invoices and expenses
Prepare payment proposals and monitor due dates
Follow up on outstanding invoices
Maintain financial spreadsheets and internal trackers
Coordinate with the external accounting firm to ensure accurate tax reporting
Administration & Documentation
Maintain organised legal and corporate records
Manage contracts, KYC documentation and agreements with partners
Ensure documentation remains structured, accessible and updated
Communication & Operational Support
Draft professional emails in Spanish and English
Coordinate with accountants, lawyers, partners and internal teams
Provide administrative support across departments when required
The role focuses on internal business operations and administration rather than customer service.
Profile
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
3–5 years of experience in an administrative or office environment
Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts (VAT, invoices, etc.)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Fluent Spanish and good professional English
Key competencies
Highly organised and detail‑oriented
Able to perform effectively during busy or high‑intensity periods
Quick learner of new processes and tools
Proactive and capable of working independently
Interest in technology and the use of AI tools to improve efficiency
