We are seeking an Administration Manager with solid experience in administrative and financial management, preferably within an industrial environment. The selected candidate will lead the Administration area, driving the digitalization of internal processes and ensuring the proper functioning of accounting, tax compliance, short-term treasury management, and internal control. ESSENTIAL TASKS Lead and coordinate the team and processes within the Administration area. Oversee general and analytical accounting, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Manage short-term treasury, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity control, and monitoring of payments and collections. Prepare and review documentation required for internal and external audits. Drive digitalization and automation of administrative and accounting processes. Review and optimize administrative, accounting, and internal control procedures. Ensure regulatory and tax compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally in financial project analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. PROFILE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions. Strong background in accounting, administration, and treasury management; experience in an industrial company is highly valued. Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks. Experience or strong interest in administrative process digital transformation. Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred). Strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English. WHAT WE OFFER
