At IE University, the Student Services team helps students settle into life in Spain and feel at home from day one. From visas and housing to healthcare and daily logistics, we provide the practical guidance and personal support that make a student’s transition to Madrid smooth and memorable.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Student Services Advisor to join our Undergraduate team in Madrid. This is a full-time position.
As part of a dynamic and multicultural team, you will assist our international student community in every step of their integration process — helping them navigate life in Spain, answering their questions with empathy, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their experience at IE University.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Segovia Campus,
Responsibilities
Your role as an Advisor will involve:
Provide guidance and information to students on visas, accommodation, health insurance, and other relocation matters to students, candidates and families both in person and virtually
Deliver excellent customer service to a diverse, international student body.
Support the department’s daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our processes and the student experience.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree.
You are fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
You have excellent organizational and communication skills, and you enjoy working in a team environment.
You are empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required — we value attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm to learn.
