Overview of the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Manager to spearhead our affiliate program focusing on SEO affiliates, influencers and paid media. You will be responsible for actively managing, researching and onboarding new affiliates and influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Plus developing, executing, and optimizing paid media programs across our affiliate websites network. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and data-driven marketer, deeply immersed in the modern digital marketing culture, with specific expertise in affiliate marketing, influencers management and paid media. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of building and scaling successful affiliate, influencers and paid media campaigns, then this one is for you Key Responsibilities: Identify, acquire, onboard, and manage relationships with new and active affiliates, influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. Negotiate new affiliate deals, contracts and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and brand awareness. Acquire new affiliates and establish brand presence in emerging markets through focused research, outreach and acquisition. Collaborate, review, and optimize performance with active affiliates by fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with our network. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and high-performing content across various platforms (social media, video, blogs, forums, etc.). Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines. Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media marketing strategy for our affiliate website network, aligned with overall acquisition and brand goals. Monitor, track, and analyze performance using modern marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.G., Tableau, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, MyAffiliates, social media insights, affiliate platforms). Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations based on data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required). Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing, paid media, and content marketing.
