Respond to inbound inquiries from national and international clients via phone, email, and digital channels.
Pre-qualify leads by understanding clients’ property needs, preferences, and timelines.
Reactivate existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to reconnect and provide tailored property recommendations.
Collaborate closely with sales agents to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless client journey.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
Stay up to date with the property portfolio and market trends to effectively guide clients.
Provide a high-quality, consultative experience aligned with luxury service standards.What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry or a senior client relations / customer success role.
Customer service background:Experience in inbound sales, customer service, or client relations is a strong plus.
Language skills:Fluency in Spanish and English
Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional approach.
Sales mindset:Proactive, goal-oriented attitude with motivation to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Adaptability:Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
