Descripción del trabajoOur client is an international company leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected.As part of the Telesales department your main tasks will be the following:Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to continuously improve performance and customer approach.Provide an excellent customer experience with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.Native French and Flemish + Nice to have other European languages.The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.The agent should also have strong customer service skills, to be used to working to targets and change in products.
