As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.·Track-record of success as an Agile Coach in complex environments·Experience in working in domain knowledge relevant to the data science projects (e.G. knowledge of industry regulations, data privacy considerations, domain-specific metrics, and business processes)·Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration·Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries.·Strong facilitation, teaching, mentoring and coaching skills.·Experience with organization design and operating model considerations.·Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and team influenceThe purpose of Agile CoE is to cultivate high-performing teams that efficiently create products accelerating Sanofi’s journey from discovery to therapy.
