The Agile Project Manager will serve as a key delivery leader responsible for ensuring predictable, successful execution of programs across multiple teams, managing risks and dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes.The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating PI Planning and ART ceremonies, and ensuring delivery predictability, transparency, and accountability in fast‑paced enterprise environments.This individual must be comfortable working with executive stakeholders, driving alignment, managing ambiguity, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the successful execution and delivery of enterprise IT initiatives across multiple Agile teams.Own delivery predictability, ensuring teams meet commitments and timelines.Drive execution by identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments, and ensuring timely resolution.Develop and maintain program‑level plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.Ensure alignment between delivery execution and business objectives.ART Facilitation & SAFe ExecutionFacilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.Coordinate work across multiple teams to ensure alignment and continuous progress.Identify and manage cross‑team dependencies and execution risks.Ensure ART objectives are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered.Stakeholder Alignment & Executive CommunicationAct as a key point of contact for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery progress.Provide clear, structured updates on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, product management, and technical teams.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency throughout delivery.Risk, Dependency & Release ManagementIdentify and proactively manage delivery risks and cross‑team dependencies.Drive resolution of blockers and escalation when necessary.Coordinate releases and ensure successful deployment of delivered solutions.Maintain visibility into delivery progress using dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.Continuous Improvement & Agile MaturityHelp improve Agile maturity across teams and the organization.Promote accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.Support teams in adopting and strengthening SAFe practices and delivery discipline.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as:Agile Project ManagerRelease Train Engineer (RTE)Program ManagerDelivery ManagerProven experience leading delivery in SAFe environments.Hands‑on experience facilitating:PI PlanningART Sync / Scrum of ScrumsInspect & AdaptProgram Increment executionDemonstrated experience managing:Cross‑team dependenciesProgram‑level risksDelivery timelines and executionStrong experience working with enterprise stakeholders and leadership.Strong experience with Agile tools such as:Azure DevOps (preferred)JiraConfluenceAgile dashboards and reporting toolsSAFe certification required (SPC, RTE, or equivalent)Preferred QualificationsSAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification strongly preferredExperience leading large Agile Release Trains (50+ people preferred)Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environmentsExperience managing global or distributed teamsStrong
