As AI Adoption Partner, you empower across engineering, product and business teams to unlock AI potential. You will design scalable upskilling programs and playbooks that enable practical AI adoption at scale. You’ll stay ahead of AI developments and measure impact to improve enablement initiatives. You work closely with People and business units to redesign workflows and drive organizational transformation. This role offers a chance to shape how teams harness AI to deliver smarter, more personalized travel experiences.

ResponsabilidadesUpskill employees and design scalable enablement programsConduct needs assessments with business leaders to identify AI skill gapsCreate and deliver training curricula, workshops, and learning materials on AI concepts and practical applicationsDevelop playbooks and scorecards for independent AI opportunity identification and prioritizationStay current with AI and ML advancements and translate them into enablementDefine and track metrics to evaluate adoption, maturity and impact of initiativesSupport workflow redesign with People Team to optimize processes and remove bottlenecksAssess organizational frameworks and governance models to improve end-to-end operationsLead change management initiatives to align culture and leadership with AI adoption
Requisitos principalesDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or equivalent practical experienceExperience in tech consulting, product management or agile transformation (valued)Familiarity with the European tech landscape and industry trendsStrong practical understanding of AI/ML toolkits, LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs and Agentic frameworksKnowledge of mapping business processes and identifying automation opportunitiesExcellent communication and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiencesPassion for teaching and delivering technical training programs or workshopsStrategic, scale-oriented mindset with ability to teach teams to build and prioritize solutions themselvesPreferred: experience with Applied AI Tools (e.g., Gemini), experimentation mindset, AI-enhanced problem solving, adaptability and learning agilitycommunication and facilitationteaching and coachingcross-functional collaborationAI toolkitsLLMsprompt engineering
