The landscape moves weekly with new tools, styles, and formats that scale.We need someone who's already in this world—not someone who wants to learn it from scratch. Someone who has generated AI video ads that actually scaled, with real spend behind them on Meta and real results to show for it. You'll also need to learn YouTube creative formats (16:9) as we expand there.You'll own the entire top-of-funnel creative strategy for our ecommerce clients. You'll write briefs, generate videos, produce static ads, and iterate based on performance data.
