About the position We are building a new automation platform for internal usage of ASBIS that connects business processes, AI models, and internal systems. We’re looking for an experienced engineer who will own workflow automation using **n8n**, build backend services, and integrate the platform with our internal tools, databases, and AI services. You will be responsible for designing workflows, creating reliable integrations, and helping scale the system into a production-ready environment. More at this link: Responsibilities: Build and maintain business workflows in **n8n**. Develop backend microservices (Python/Go) for more complex logic. Integrate n8n with internal APIs, ERP/CRM systems, databases, and a local AI server Create and maintain REST APIs for internal services. Ensure reliability: retries, error-handling, monitoring, logging. Set up and maintain Docker-based environments (dev/stage/prod). Improve workflow performance and migrate heavy flows into backend services. Work closely with the AI Engineer on API integration and data handling. Skills and qualifications: n8n, Python, REST APIs, Docker 3+ years of backend development or system integration experience. Hands-on experience with workflow tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Airflow, Node-RED). Strong knowledge of Python (FastAPI) or Go. Solid understanding of REST APIs and webhook-based integrations. Familiarity with Docker and Gitlab CI/CD pipelines. Nice to have: - Experience with Redis/RabbitMQ or other queue systems. - Experience building integrations with ERP/CRM systems. - Knowledge of authentication/authorization tools (OAuth2, Keycloak). - Understanding of secure data handling and system monitoring.
