They’re now looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer to help shape the next generation of AI and agentic products, building the core platform that powers innovation safely, reliably, and at scale.You’ll work with the central Data & Domain teams that include Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Data Scientists, an elite group building a modern, high‑performance data and AI ecosystem used across the entire business. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on a global platform while influencing how advanced AI gets built and deployed in the financial sector.What You’ll DoDesign and deliver key components of the Agentic Data Plane, enabling secure agent-to-agent communication, tool use, and governed data access.Build the platform foundations that ensure safe and compliant AI operations, from central policy enforcement to full audit and replay capabilities.Provide deep visibility into how agentic systems behave, ensuring clear traceability, accountability, and evaluation from day one.Partner with domain teams to onboard pilot agents and guide them in using platform standards and best‑practice runtime patterns.Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies, LLM evaluation, prompt safety, agent memory, and more, to push the platform forward.What You’ll BringExperience building internal platforms adopted by other engineering teams.Strong software fundamentals: API design, reliability, testing, and operational excellence.Solid understanding of secure system design: auth, audit logs, least‑privilege access, governance.Hands‑on experience running production systems on GCP.Proficiency in Python for platform services, data transformation, and tooling.Real-world experience with LLM or agentic systems in production settings.Knowledge of data governance, lineage, traceability, access controls, and modern data platforms. xcskxlj Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.If you’re excited by the idea of shaping the foundations of AI in a global FinTech and want to be part of a growing, forward‑thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.Please share your most up‑to‑date CV.
