Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses.Role TypePermanentWhat will you be doing here?Garantizar la implementación exitosa de nuevas tiendas desde el área técnica con losproveedores de arquitectura, muebles y visual merchandisingGarantizar el plan de expansión de Natura, apoyando con la prospección de espacioscomerciales para tiendas propias y franquicias.Negociar los mejores precios para mejorar el capex de tienda (Obra, Mobiliario, rentas)Administración de OC’s y seguimiento con proveedores del proceso de obra y pagosWhat knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?Garantizar la apertura de las tiendas velando por los mejores proveedores de Obra, Mobiliario, insumos entre otros.Garantizar junto con el analista de operaciones el pago de arriendo, luz y demás servicios necesarios para la operación de las tiendasSeguimiento a contratos de arrendamiento de nuevas tiendas y junto con el analista de operaciones garantizar que las tiendas aperturen con todas las licencias y documentos necesarios.Seguimiento a renovaciones de contratos de tiendas existentes.Garantizar registro de centros comerciales en sistema Natura.Seguimiento junto con el analista de operaciones de las renovaciones de licencias de funcionamiento, permisos protección civil, alta luz de nuevos locales.Seguimiento junto con el analista de operaciones de póliza de seguro de tiendas.Requisitos:Experiencia en Arquitectura en el área de Retail.Manejo de númerosIngreso de OC’s en SAPConocimiento de procesos con centros comercialesFacilidad de palabra y creatividadOrganizado para tener varios proyectos a la vezConocimiento de AutoCadWhat will you find here?We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
