Responsibilities: -Overseeing stock control in good out warehouse, processing orders, deliveries programs loading, customer deliveries-EDI daily correct integration-Customer claims coordination, evaluation, answering.-Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future finished good requirements-Ensuring quality, delivery and customer satisfaction are met (Q1)-Liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail, air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements (shipments, confirmations…)-Arranging transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing costs (customers)-Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily and monthly basis, managing processes (ISO TS)-Logistics protocol for customers-Providing logistics and supply chain management solutions-Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness, security of the work environment and 4 stock principles (VPS) in Warehouses-Sales forecast preparation Qualifications: University Degree or Technical School DegreeAutomotive logistics experience minimum 2 years.Customer portals and communication systems.Spanish and English, a third European language would be appreciated (French or German)
