Experteer Overview As Analytics Engineer in the Playgami team, you will build scalable, self-serve analytics products and data pipelines to empower cross-functional teams. You’ll design tracking plans, create data models, and develop ELT processes, delivering insights via dashboards and explores. You help ensure data quality across data products and leverage cutting-edge tools to predict player behavior. This role blends technical execution with collaboration to drive game production and player insights at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams and analysts to deliver fast, accurate analytics products at petabyte scale
- Design tracking plans, build data models, and develop ELT pipelines
- Develop self-serve insights such as Looker explores and dashboards
- Maintain data quality and ensure consistent metric reporting across data products
- Work with modern data stack tools (BigQuery, dbt, Looker) and explore predictive techniques (BQML)
- Support game product teams to improve daily workflows and product success
- Contribute across the full data lifecycle while specializing in different data stack areasResponsabilidades
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with modern data stack tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Airflow, GitHub) or willingness to work in that domain
- Understanding of data modeling (star schemas, Kimball)
- Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Strong collaboration in high-performing teams
- Comfort in rapidly evolving, hyper-growth environments
