At Perlentaucher () we are continuing to grow and are looking to add an Architect or Interior Designer to our team with strong aesthetic sensitivity and a good level of rendering skills to collaborate on our projects. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional with a particular affinity for Mediterranean style, capable of developing coherent, elegant and well‑executed proposals from the conceptual phase through to the final presentation. The position is based on‑site in Mallorca. Being present on the island and working closely with the team and projects locally is essential for this role, therefore candidates should be living in Mallorca or willing to relocate.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Proven experience in architecture and/or interior design projects
Experience working on Mediterranean-style projects
Advanced rendering skills (V-Ray, Corona or similar)
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong aesthetic judgement and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team
Upper‑intermediate level of English (required)
German is a plus
Nice to have: Experience in high-end residential projects
Knowledge of materials and construction processes
Practical knowledge of AI tools applied to architecture, visualization or creative workflows
