In this role, you lead a team of Contracting Managers to build a competitive supplier portfolio that drives regional revenue, margin, and sourcing success. You will shape supplier strategy, lead commercial negotiations, and forge strong partnerships to support growth. The role combines leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize travel supply across hotels, transfers, cars, and experiences. You’ll work in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment that values data, impact, and a global-local approach.

Responsabilidades
• Experience managing travel supply chains and contracting across hotels, transfers, car rental, or experiences.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience (rates, terms, SLAs, performance agreements).
• Proven leadership in managing contracting or procurement teams.
• Ability to manage change, conflict, and underperformance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actions.
• Experience managing supplier performance against KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with supplier and client API integrations.
• Direct contracting experience with transfers, DMCs, transport operators, or destination services.
