This role is therefore suited to someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, contributing directly to day-to-day operations while helping to build and shape processes and structures from the ground up, in close alignment with our Operations leadership based in Germany.Role DescriptionManagekey operational areas within the warehouse:Inbound, Outbound, Returns, Stock and Infrastructure.Actively support and participate in daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.Lead, develop and organise the warehouse team, maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor.Plan and monitor staffing levelsand contribute to workforce structuring as the operation grows.Ensure accurate and timely stock control, including regular and ongoing stock-taking activities.Identify, initiate and implement practical process improvements within logistics operations.Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and health & safety regulations.Monitor team performanceand take hands-on action to maintain operational efficiency and capacity.Report directly to the Operations Manager based in Germany.Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Product Management, IT and Supply Chain.Conductperformance reviewsin close cooperation with the People & Culture team.QualificationsProvenexperience in a logistics or warehouse environment , ideally in a supervisory or junior management role.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns and stock management.Hands-on mentalitywith the willingness to be actively involved in operational tasks when required.Experience in leading small to mid-sized teamsin a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Practical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.Good organisational and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.Knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance standards.Strong communication skillsand ability to work cross-functionally.Native level ofSpanishand a good level ofEnglish.OfferOpportunity to join a growing logistics operation and play a key role in shaping its development.Onboarding and training at our headquarters in Dresden, Germany.A well-established employer in the e-commerce sector with long-term career prospects.Full-time position with a 40-hour working week.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:40, including a 30-minute break.Friendly, dynamic working environment with flat hierarchies.Employee discounts in our online shop.Regular company events. xcskxlj One company-sponsored meal per month, organised and provided by the company.
