We're looking for an experienced Art Director (Photo Production) to join our team in Valencia Responsibilities ✔️Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists. ✔️Helping create all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product. ✔️Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed. ✔️Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness. ✔️Quality control, identifying work process improvements. ✔️Be a role model for the team and create a healthy and positive vibe. Requirements ✔️Minimum three years of industry experience working with creative teams within a studio, preferably in graphic illustrations and visuals. ✔️Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of graphic design production. ✔️Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists and graphic designers. ✔️Attention to visual details. ✔️Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
