A Barcelona based sales company which operates with international TV and SVOD series and films is looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant to be responsible for administrative and clerical duties. Assistant Responsibilities: · Making arrangements for meetings and travel. · Liaise with international suppliers and clients for back office follow up. · Assist accounting in preparation of the administrative paperwork. · create digital presentations. · Data management and administrative filing, royalty reporting. Assistant Requirements: · Minimum 3 years administrative experience. · Proficiency in English, Spanish and Catalan, full command written and verbal in the three languages. · Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, Photoshop, file management (Dropbox, Google Drive, FTP / Filezilla, MediaBox, Media Shuttle, Aspera) preferred.
