Marine NanoTech is looking for a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support our team in Palma de Mallorca. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced company operating in the international yachting industry.
We are looking for someone who is
reliable, detail-oriented, and with perfect English.
Responsibilities include :
• Provide administrative and personal support to management
• Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Handle emails, calls, and general correspondence in perfect English
• Organize documents, reports, and internal communications
• Support day-to-day office operations and coordination between teams
• Assist with operational and organizational tasks as needed
Requirements :
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Experienced with online tools and systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional, well-spoken, and confident communicator
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
• Previous administrative or assistant experience is a plus
• Office Based in Mallorca or able to relocate
Salary:
• €1,500 gross per month
