The Madrid office seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join the Antitrust & Competition Law Practice. Qualified applicants should have at least two years of experience (prominent private firm or government agency) in competition law matters, including a mix of transactions, investigations (CNMC, European Commission), litigations, and client counseling. Experience with technology, pharmaceuticals, health care, and regulated industries is desirable but not a prerequisite. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; an ability to manage multiple matters seamlessly and simultaneously; an ability to work successfully as part of a team.Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Spain.
