As a Backend Engineer, you will be part of our Information Systems team, collaborating with functional and technical experts in a dynamic, business‑driven environment. Your mission: to design, develop, and evolve internal applications that power SanLucar’s critical processes.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal applications with robust backend architecture.
Participate in the technical design of solutions based on functional requirements.
Resolve technical incidents and implement minor enhancements without relying on external providers.
Integrate applications with existing systems such as ERP, databases, and APIs.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Produce technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.
Provide second‑level technical support to key users.
Contribute to continuous improvement and technological evolution projects.
Manage versions, handle deployments, and ensure software quality control.
Serve as the technical liaison when collaborating with external providers.

Requirements
Higher studies or dual training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.
Fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus.
Strong experience in backend development (Node.js or Python) and API design, with solid database skills (PostgreSQL, SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, containers (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
Ability to analyze end‑to‑end processes, understand business needs, and deliver scalable, secure solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong sense of responsibility, collaboration, and trust‑building.
